Please plan to attend an Employee Benefits Orientation! All Employee Benefits Orientations are held at the Instructional Support Center.
New hires must attend an Employee Benefits Orientation on their first day of work. To schedule an orientation, please go to the Events Calendar.
Required Documents for Employee Benefits Orientation!
- Identification to complete the Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 form - click here to review the list of acceptable documents. You will be required to present either one (1) document from list A OR one (1) document from list B AND one (1) document from list C. Federal Law requires that you must present original documents.
- Copy of Certified Marriage certificate, Birth certificates, Social Security numbers, and birth dates for dependents (if applicable).
- Social Security numbers and birth dates of those you will name as beneficiaries.
